Find a Puppy
Finding an English Toy Terrier Puppy can be challenging but they’re certainly worth the effort.
Follow the steps below to increase your chance of success.
Meet an English Toy Terrier
Arrange to meet with owners and breeders local to you.
Meet for a walk
There are friendly and helpful members of the ETT community all over the UK who’d be happy to meet up. Owners on Facebook host regular meet ups (although things have been difficult during the pandemic!). Keep your eye out for announcements of meet ups in your area and feel free to join.

Often breeders don’t need to advertise their litters because they have long waiting lists to fulfil or they choose to keep their own puppies.
Many breeders have Facebook pages, Instagram profiles and websites that they update regularly.
Contact as many breeders as you can find and join their waiting lists. We can point you in the right direction.
The English Toy Terrier is a vulnerable native breed. The Kennel Club defines this as a breed which has 300 or fewer registrations per year in the UK. In 2019, there were less than 100 ETT puppy registrations.
Fortunately for the breed, numbers are on the rise and demand for these charming companions is growing, however with so few puppies born, it can be a waiting game and you should be prepared to travel.
If you have any questions or need any further help and support, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Advertise your puppies
We can help find 5* homes for your puppies. We welcome reputable breeders to advertise their litters here.
We have a puppy alerts feature that emails subscribed owners when your litter is posted. There is currently very high demand for puppies.
